Mike and I would like to thank you all for your diligence and hard work on our behalf!  Kurt really hung in there and "went to bat" for us throughout this ordeal.  I think it was his knowledge and persistent effort that saw the closing finally come to pass!  I praise God that your office sent out that postcard saying that you would deal with short sales....what a blessing that became for us!

When I first met Donna Prinz, I was working at a large law firm in Asheville and was in need of a realtor to sell our home. I went to the lead attorney in the real estate department and asked if they were in need of a realtor who would they recommend and they gave me the name of Donna Prinz with Keller-Williams. We met with her and were completely impressed with the way she dealt with our real estate sale. We became immediate friends.

When my mother passed away and we needed to sell her home, I didn’t hesitate to call Donna who is still with Keller and Williams Realty but now known as Pat & Donna’s Dream Team. Any time I had a question, I always got a prompt answer from Donna or Connie who is also with the dream team office. When we were to have mother’s closing, Donna had to teach a real estate class at the time the closing was scheduled. Donna asked if it was okay for Pat Puckridge to represent us at the closing. Pat came to the closing with us and we were also very impressed with her. She is the same friendly person that Donna is and we felt comfortable with her being there as our realtor. We feel we have gained another friend in Pat. Also, during the closing the attorney complemented Pat on the great job they had done representing us in this closing.

If you ever need an excellent realtor, we highly recommend the Dream Time for any real estate transaction that you need a realtor. We would certainly call Pat and Donna’s Dream Team in the future.
