I hold prestigious designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), SFR (Short sale Foreclosure Resource), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) . I have been a successful listing agent and buyer's agent receiving a Realtor of the Year award for my local board serving as President & State Representative in Wisconsin. I was in the top 10 in production for my broker-owned Remax company for the state 4 years in a row I moved to Asheville, NC in 2001 and have been a Real Estate Consultant with Asheville's Dream Team since 2004. Since joining Asheville's Dream Team, we have doubled our staff & our full time real estate consultants.

William Payne - Buyer Specialist

I am a life long resident of Asheville and have been helping others as a firefighter and as a paramedic for over 20 years.I began as a real estate investor buying tax foreclosures and developing the property. I have had experience in vacant land development, built a small mobile home park, and managed both apartments and commercial tenants.I currently serve on the Buncombe County Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee. I am an active supporter of the Masonic home for Children and the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Married 17 years in July, two kids: one girl 11, and one boy 9, dog, cat, enjoy outdoors, my Harley Davidson, water sports, fishing, hunting, hiking. I am so glad to be part of a successful team and hope I can contribute to the continued success of not only Pat and Donna but, Keller Williams and the whole family.

I am a native of Durham, and attended UNC Chapel Hill before moving to New Orleans to attend law school.  I lived in New Orleans for 14 years, and practiced law until 2007, when my husband, Mark, and I moved to Asheville after a certain hurricane changed our lives.  We have embraced Asheville, and it has embraced us.  We love the music, art, and lifestyle that only Asheville offers.  

I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the people and wonderfully diverse real estate market here.  Mark and I are privileged to live in a 101 year-old house in Asheville.  Having lived in older homes both here and in New Orleans, I have an affinity for vintage homes, and always look forward to showing "diamonds in the rough."
